About Multitrack Packing Machine

A multitrack packing machine is a type of packaging equipment that can simultaneously handle and package multiple product lines or items. These machines are commonly used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods, where high-speed and efficient packaging of multiple products is required.

All products that are required to be packed in huge quantities and in less time – can be packed in this Machine. Products such as – Sauce, Masala powders, Pickles, Jams, Detergent Liquids, Pharmaceutical powders,  and much more.

Multi-Lane High Speed Sachet Packing Machine: How Multitrack Technology Maximises Output on a Single Frame

A multitrack packing machine runs multiple parallel lanes of film on a single machine frame, forming, filling, and sealing sachets simultaneously across all lanes in every machine cycle.

Where a single-lane packing machine produces one sachet per cycle, a four-lane multitrack ffs machine produces four sachets per cycle at the same machine speed, effectively multiplying output without increasing the footprint or the number of operators required.

Fair Pack’s multitrack packaging machine is designed for sachets in the 5 ml to 250 ml fill volume range, covering the standard single-serve and sample-size formats used by spice producers, pharmaceutical companies, and condiment manufacturers.

The multi track packing machine uses individual film reels for each lane, allowing each lane to run a different film width and therefore a different sachet width simultaneously.

Lane count in Fair Pack’s range starts at two lanes and extends to eight lanes, with the total output of an eight-lane high speed sachet packing machine reaching 400 to 600 sachets per minute for small-format products, making it one of the highest-output sachet production configurations available from packaging machinery in India manufacturers.

Pneumatic Multitrack Packing Machine: Reliability and Maintenance for High-Cycle Operations

A pneumatic multitrack packing machine relies on compressed air to actuate the sealing jaws, film pull system, and product dosing valves across all lanes simultaneously, delivering fast cycle times but requiring a stable compressed air supply at consistent pressure.

Fair Pack’s multitrack flexible packaging machine is designed with independent pneumatic circuits for each lane’s seal jaw, so that a pressure variation affecting one lane does not propagate to adjacent lanes.

The multi track packing machine includes real-time seal temperature monitoring on every jaw, with the HMI displaying the temperature of each jaw independently and generating an alarm if any jaw deviates from its set point.

For sachets containing pharmaceutical products, the machine’s PLC records the seal temperature, dwell time, and pressure for every production cycle to a tamper-evident audit log.

Fair Pack’s multitrack packaging machine is built with tool-free film loading and quick-release jaw modules that allow a single operator to reload film on a lane and bring it back into production within minutes, minimising the downtime impact of film splicing on total multitrack ffs machine output.
